This month, Daniel Lorbeer will speak on recent cases and developments in Unfair Contract Terms. Daniel Lorbeer practices in commercial law and accepts briefs both to appear and advise in matters relating to contractual and other arrangements between businesses, personal and corporate insolvency, shareholder and partnership disputes, the review of decisions of public authorities and corporate and white collar crime. He has appeared in Supreme Court, Country Court and magistrate court matters and is the editor of CommBar matters Newsletter. In accordance with the Law Institute of Victoria rules and regulations, each solicitor may be able to claim 1 CPD Point.
