About Us

The Geelong Law Association ('GLA') is an incorporated association for legal practitioners, law students and others associated with the law who live and/or work in the Greater Geelong region.

The GLA supports around 300 local members through social and networking events, as well as the cost-effective provision of local continuing professional development seminars.

The GLA enjoys a particularly close relationship with the Deakin University School of Law, and hosts regular events for young lawyers and law students as well as providing scholarships and prizes for Deakin students. Law students are eligible to be Associate Members of the GLA.
