April CPD - Workplace Investigations

Attached is your invitation to attend our second seminar by Anna Kelly (née Forsyth) on workplace investigations.

Anna’s presentation will assist practitioners to advise clients about conducting workplace investigations, including:

What are they and when and by whom should they be undertaken?

What are the key procedural steps in maximising fairness and minimising risk?

What is an employer’s duty of care to an employee when conducting an investigation?

What are some of the complexities involved, including in high profile cases?

The seminar will be delivered at the Geelong Library and Heritage Centre located at Level 3, 51 Malop Street, Geelong.

The cost for CPD sessions for members will be $20.00 which includes lunch.
