October is Regional and Suburban Young Lawyers (RSYL) Month and the Geelong Law Association is celebrating with everyone’s favourite - our annual wine tour! This event is not to be missed. Two years we have had to postpone this event (for reasons beginning with C and ending in 19 but we refuse to mention it so as not to jinx this event!) Come along and enjoy some of the best wines our beautiful region has to offer, your ticket is all inclusive. We will commence at Flying Brick Cider House with a cider tasting paddle, we will then move onto Leura Park for a wine tasting and cheese platters to nibble on and we will finish at the amazing Jack Rabbit Winery for lunch and a further wine tasting.  The GLA has kindly agreed to supply us with a shuttle bus for the day so you can leave the car at home. The event concludes in Geelong for anyone who then wishes to continue on to another venue.  Event Details: The shuttle bus will depart from the Geelong Law Court / Geelong Train Station car park at 10:30AM sharp. Please aim to arrive by 10:15AM to ensure a timely departure. The bus will return to the Geelong Train Station at approximately 5-5:30PM. If the bus driver is feeling generous we may be able to have a stop closer to the CBD for those who wish to kick on.  Although the ticket is all inclusive we recommend bringing some cash on the day for wine or other beverage purchases. Please note that there are limited tickets (53 people max) so make sure you book early. GLA Member tickets are $75.00 per person and Non Members are $85.00 per person.  Sponsorship & Bus Prize (Door Prize): Gatehouse Legal Recruitment have kindly agreed to sponsor our winery tour and have agreed to provide an exciting door prize on the day so please bring along your business card to be in with a chance to win.
