The fifth session of the annual GLA Deakin Day will be hosted by Foley's List barristers Naomi Lenga and Sam Tatarka presenting on the topic of Costs - How lawyers can be caught out: Disclosure obligations and when costs orders may be made against lawyers under the Civil Procedure Act 2010 (Vic).
This session will be ran via a zoom webinar, with links to be provided to registered members on 28 October 2021. The day's program will be run via a single zoom webinar link for members' convenience.
