Scott has a broad commercial practice with a particular focus on insolvency, competition and banking matters and class actions. Scott has gained a wealth of experience in commercial litigation matters and appears regularly in the Supreme, County, Federal and Federal Circuit Courts and has also conducted numerous interstate proceedings.
The seminar will be delivered at WorkSafe, 1 Malop Street Geelong (Level 5, Room 7).
The cost for CPD sessions for members will be $20.00 which includes lunch.
