March CPD - Negotiation and Mediation tips

Attached is your invitation to our March CPD by Allana Gorldsworthy and Pat Karnis on Negotiation and Mediation tips. This is your last chance to get a CPD before the cut off date.

Allana has extensive legal experience and since coming to the bar has concentrated on Family law. Allana qualified as a mediator in 1994 and has conducted many mediations. She has acted as mediator in family law, de facto matters and court referred matters.

Pat has worked as a family lawyer in all aspects of family law and is now at the bar, As part of her practice Pat has participated in mediation and conciliation and has established a reputation for assisting clients to reach agreement in highly conflictual circumstances and for sound strategic advice.

Please note there is a new venue for this years CPD events. The seminar will be delivered at WorkSafe, 1 Malop Street Geelong (‘Town Hall’ Room 2.06 & 2.07).

The cost for CPD sessions for members will be $20.00 which includes lunch.
