February CPD - Drawing and Assessing Particulars of Special Damages in Matters of Personal Injury

Attached is your invitation to the GLA first CPD for the year, our February CPD by Dr Sharon Keeling on Drawing and Assessing Particulars of Special Damages.

Sharon has a wealth of knowledge having practiced at The Victorian Bar since 2004 in medical negligence, administrative law (in particular applications for judicial review of determinations of medical panels), product liability, public liability and health profession-related disciplinary proceedings in the superior courts, in the Coroners Court of Victoria and in disciplinary matters regarding health professionals in VCAT. She has significant training and experience in medicine in paediatrics and clinical genetics.

Please note there is a new venue for this years CPD events. The seminar will be delivered at WorkSafe, 1 Malop Street Geelong (‘Town Hall’ Room 2.06 & 2.07).

The cost for CPD sessions for members will be $20.00 which includes lunch.
